  1. Pour olive oil into a bowl and spoon in 1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard.
  2. Squeeze half of a lemon into the bowl, followed by Elmlea Single Light.
  3. Mix all ingredients with a fork and serve over a salad of your choice.
