- 1 g cornstarch
- 1 g lemon zest
- 3 g lemon juice
- seeds from 1 vanilla pod

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a simmer.
- Allow to cool, and then churn in ice cream machine for 25-40 minutes.
