Ingredients
20 g margarine
3 tbsp plain flour
400 ml milk
200 ml Elmlea Double
1 tbsp garlic puree or 4 cloves chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli powder
60 g grated cheese
200 g macaroni
pinch salt and pepper
Topping
60 g breadcrumbs
50 g cheese grated
1 tsp oregano
pinch salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan).
Put the margarine, flour & milk in a pan. Whisk over a medium heat until smooth and thickened. Pour in the Elmlea Double
Add the chilli powder, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk together. Add the grated cheese. Whisk over the heat until melted.
Add the cooked macaroni. Mix. Transfer to skillet or roasting tin.
Sprinkle with fresh breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with the cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
