Instructions

  1. Start by mixing 125g of the cream and the sugar. Bring the mixture to the boil.
  2. Once the mixture has been brought to the boil, stir in the chocolate.
  3. Remove the mixture from the heat and mix in the rest of the cream. Whisk until fluffy and set.
