Ingredients

  • 675 g Elmlea Plant Double
  • 140 g sugar
  • 300 g soy milk
  • 1 g cornstarch
  • 1 g lemon zest
  • 3 g lemon juice
  • seeds from 1 vanilla pod

  1. Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Allow to cool, and then churn in ice cream machine for 25-40 minutes.
