      Instructions

      1. Start by mixing 125ml of the Plant cream and the sugar. Bring the mixture to the boil.
      2. Once the mixture has been brought to the boil, stir in the chocolate.
      3. Remove the mixture from the heat and mix in the rest of the Plant cream. Whisk until fluffy and set.
